STEP 1 : Login to cPanel ( Guide here )

STEP 2 − Click on Email Accounts link found in your Emails section of the cPanel Home.

STEP 2 − In Email Accounts, you will find a + Create button on the right

STEP 3 − Fill up the details under Create an Email Account

Domain : The domain associated with the email account you want to make. Eg. hostkoala.com

Username : The username of the email account. Eg. tutorial@hostkoala.com

Password : Password for the email account Always use a strong password !

Storage Space : The maximum limit of how much space your email can have

Automatically Create Folders for Plus : Addressing Automatically create a folder when this email address receives a message that uses plus addressing. For example, the system would place a message addressed to “user+plusaddress@hostkoala.com” in a new folder called “plusaddress”.

Click on create after filling up the details

STEP 5 − You can check your emails via Emails -> Email Accounts and click Check Email beside the email address.
