If you are too busy, and are afraid you may miss payments, please note HostKoala has an Account Credit feature. You can add credits to your account, and it will be automatically deducted when a new invoice is due. This will prevent missed payments and accidental suspensions of accounts
Example : You have a Medium Plan renewing at $10 next Monday. If your account has $10 in credit, it will be deducted next Monday and the plan will be automatically renewed.
STEP 1 : Login into our customer portal ( Link here )
STEP 2 : Navigate to the Invoices tab -> Make Payment. Click on + Make Payment
STEP 3 : Select the payment Option ( We only support Paypal now ). Then click Review and Confirm
STEP 4 : Click on the Paypal button to proceed with the payment
STEP 6 : Complete the payment with Paypal. After that, you can load your client area again ( Link here )
The credits will be shown under the credits tab located below the Clients tab
