Please follow the steps shown below. For the tutorial, we will be upgrading a Standard Plan ( hostkoala.top ) -> Medium Plan ( hostkoala.top ) on a 1 year term basis

STEP 1 : Login into our customer portal ( Link here )

STEP 2 : Navigate to the Services tab -> Manage ( Beside the hosting plan you want to change the package ). Click on Manage

STEP 3 : Click Change Package

STEP 4 : Click on the drop down Menu under New Package ( Please select )

STEP 5 : Select your new desired package/term. For this case, we are choosing a Medium Plan with a 1 year term.

STEP 5 : Click on > Review after selecting the desired term

STEP 6 : A Confirmation page like shown below will appear. Once you have confirmed all the details are correct. Click on Save

STEP 7 : It is time to make payment. Select your payment option, and click -> Review & Confirm

STEP 8 : If you chose Paypal, click on the Paypal button to pay

Kindly complete the payment at Paypals checkout page. After ~ 5 minutes, the package will be upgraded by the system. If you cannot see the change, please contact support and we will look into the issue.
