Please follow the steps shown below. For the tutorial, we will be upgrading a Medium Plan ( hostkoala.top ) from a 1 year term, to a 3 year term.

STEP 1 : Login into our customer portal ( Link here )

STEP 2 : Navigate to the Services tab -> Manage ( Beside the hosting plan you want to change the package ). Click on Manage

STEP 3 : Click Change Term

STEP 4 : Click on the drop down Menu under New Term ( Please select ). For this tutorial we will be selecting the 3 year term

STEP 5 : Click on Save after reviewing the changes

STEP 6 : A Confirmation page like shown below will appear. The term will be updated on your next billing cycle. Like the example below :
