You will need to purchase the domain from a domain registar like Porkbun as we only provide web hosting. We don’t provide domain registrations as we cannot compete with prices with other large companies like Porkbun.

Once purchased you will need to change the nameservers using this guide :

Remove the 4 default nameservers and replace them with the ones below :

Once the dns propogates ( few hours after the update up to 3 days ) the site will start loading fine

Lastly, if you felt misled and felt that the you had both purchased hosting and the domain together you may apply for a cancellation and receive a full refund within 45 days of purchase of your plan with us.
